Miami was masquerading Saturday night at superstar stylist Danny Santiago’s formal affair for his 50th birthday at the Glass House in the Design District. Specials guests included C. Madeleine’s Madeleine Kirsh and Chad Cox, fashion instructor and professional photoshoot stylist, and Miami’s fashion industry insiders. Black tie attire and masks were required.

1960s inspired looks from C. Madeleine’s at last Saturday’s vintage fashion showcase
at the Viceroy.

Over 70 looks were modeled spanning every era from the 1920s to the 1990s,
an over the top array from the eras of fashion represented in the C. Madeleine’s
vintage designer clothing showroom and website that can be mixed with today’s
pieces for a sophisticated balance of past and present. The stylish turnout made
for a fabulous afternoon with Danny Santiago, stylists, fashion designers and
fashion afficianados alike.

C. Madeleine’s Madeleine Kirsh and supporters of Community Partnership for the
Homeless raised money for the new WOMENADE campaign, which aids area women in their
times of need. A great showing for a fun inaugural event!

B. AKERLUND meets C. Madeleine’s

The famous stylist B. AKERLUND, known for her work with Madonna and Lady Gaga, came into C. Madeleine’s yesterday.

She said she was blown away and happier than a kid in a candy store. She was overwhelmed with our huge selection of vintage designer pieces, and said in her travels had never seen a store like ours.

We hope to see you again B!
